About The Project

The children love to spend their free time in fresh air. Ball games are their top priority here. For this purpose, a large concrete area was built a few years back. Large areas offer no shade and when the outdoor temperature is more than 36 degrees in the summer playing outside is not harmless. Moreover, the area could hardly be used in the rainy season.

A proper school roofing was possible due to the financial support of the Hans Gröber Foundation in Liechtenstein. An approx. 50m x 25m and 12 m high roof was installed over the playground. As the site is classified as flood-endangered, the roof beams had to be bricked in a deep foundation.
